What happened to Domingo Tavarez-Rodriguez? North Carolina police officer found dead alongside his wife

Cop Domingo Tavarez-Rodriguez and his better half were tracked down dead at their home in Fayetteville, North Carolina, on Friday, April 29, 2023.
