Servant held for murder in Gurugram

Gurugram, Sep 25 (IANS) A worker was captured for purportedly killing a 42-year-elderly person by cutting his throat with a blade after a fight, police said on Sunday.

The denounced was distinguished as Pawan nom de plume Chotu (22), a local of Gonda in Uttar Pradesh, police said.

As indicated by the police, expired Satish Yadav, an occupant of Sohna, was a rancher. He had a farmhouse in Jakhopur and had recruited Pawan to care for similar around 12-14 days prior.

The episode happened late around evening time on Saturday when Yadav was drinking at his farmhouse and the blamed was serving him.

During this, a fight broke out between the team and angrily, Pawan killed Yadav by cutting his throat with a blade and escaped the spot.

On Sunday morning, Yadav’s body was found by his relatives. They cautioned the police who claimed the body and sent it for posthumous.

Following a pursuit, the police caught the denounced worker on Sunday.

“The blamed unveiled that Yadav was mishandling him while drinking, so angrily, he killed him with a blade,” Jai Singh, SHO of Sohna Sadar police headquarters, said.

In view of an objection given by Sandeep Yadav, brother of the departed, a FIR has been enrolled against the worker under segment 302 (murder) of IPC at Sohna Sadar police headquarters.

“The body has been given over to family after a post-mortem. We are addressing him and will create him in a city court soon, he said.
