Rs 200 cr scam case: Jacqueline to appear before Delhi court today
New Delhi, Sep 26 (IANS) Bollywood entertainer Jacqueline Fernandez will, on Monday, show up under the steady gaze of Patiala House Court regarding the Rs 200 crore coercion case including multi-tycoon conman Sukesh Chandrashekhar.
As of late, the Authorization Directorate (ED) had recorded its second strengthening charge sheet for the situation naming her as a denounced.
The custom curriculum court is good to go to take cognisance of the charge sheet.
Jacqueline and another Bollywood entertainer Nora Fatehi, both had kept their explanations as observers for the situation. Prior, the test organization had connected fixed stores worth Rs 7.2 crore having a place with Fernandez. It named the presents and properties as “continues” of wrongdoing got by the two entertainers.
Last December, the ED had documented its most memorable charge sheet regarding this situation under the watchful eye of the court of Extra Meetings Judge Praveen Singh. Afterward, in February, it recorded a valuable charge-sheet against one Pinky Irani, a supposed helper of Chandrashekhar who acquainted him with Fernandez.
According to the charge sheet, Pinky used to pick costly gifts for Fernandez and drop them at her home after Chandrashekhar made the installments.
Sukesh has spent around 20 crore on various models and Bollywood big names which a couple would not acknowledge.
